Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We would appreciate three working days’ notice for appointment cancellations. For short notice cancellations where we cannot fill the time, we will ask that you pay a cancellation fee – usually half the planned treatment cost. We do, of course, understand that family crises happen. Missed appointments will incur a fee.
