Cancellations & Missed appointments
We would appreciate three working days’ notice for appointment cancellations, and for short notice cancellations where we cannot fill the time, we will ask that you pay a cancellation fee – usually half the planned treatment cost. Where possible we would ask for as much notice time as you can give but we do, of course, understand a family crisis.
Missed appointments will incur a fee.
