To make your visit to us as comfortable as possible, there is ample free parking directly outside the practice with easy access for both pushchairs and wheelchairs.
In the event of a dental emergency we see registered patients as soon as we possibly can, usually the same day. We are also happy to accommodate unregistered patients for emergency treatment. Please contact the practice as soon as possible on the day if you have a dental emergency.
Out of hours, details of our emergency cover is given on our answerphone message.
Cancelling Your Appointment
We appreciate 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend an appointment. Our answerphone is always available to leave messages outside of normal working hours. If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for the missed time.
At Zebon Copse Dental, we take complaints very seriously and try to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience of our service.
However, if you are not happy with the care or treatment you have received, you have the right to complain, have your complaint investigated, and be given a full and prompt reply.
